Exploring the Past, Preserving Our Heritage
With an extensive professional background in both Australian Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal (or European) archaeological services, my expertise has been honed under the diverse legislative frameworks of NSW, QLD, ACT, and Victoria. I've had the privilege of collaborating with various Government departments, including but not limited to Schools Infrastructure, Defence, and NSW Health, contributing to projects that shape our communities and safeguard our history.
My substantial experience in the renewables sector is underscored by my work on the Snowy 2.0 project. I truely enjoy the opportunity to work on sustainable development as I believe in integrating heritage conservation within modern infrastructure where neccessary.
As a practitioner, I am fully competent in preparing comprehensive reports and assessments crucial to the protection and management of cultural heritage. My skill set encompasses:
Statement of Heritage Impacts (SoHI)
Aboriginal Due Diligence Reports
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessments
Cultural Heritage Management Plans (CHMP)
Beyond the technical aspects of archaeological services, I possess a deep passion for archival photography. This passion allows me to capture and preserve the tactile narratives of our past, adding another layer to the conservation of our collective memory.
